The Enjaz platform (enjazplatform.com) is provided by JOVIA SAT LTD ("we" in these terms). By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

JOVIA SAT LTD, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 16705381. Registered office: 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Email: [email protected].

The platform was designed and developed by Enjaz Information Technology, which owns the «Enjaz» name and logo and the platform's software; JOVIA SAT LTD uses them with its permission.

2. The service

The platform is a set of AI-powered tools, including a CV builder and analyzer, translation, summarization, comparisons, document reading (OCR) and contract generation. We keep improving it and may add, change or retire tools.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.

4. Balance and prices

  • The platform works with a prepaid balance in US dollars. The price of each service is deducted from your balance when you use it, and the price is shown before you run it.
  • Any VAT that applies is shown on the payment page before you pay.
  • If an operation fails because of an error on our side or at the AI provider, its price is returned to your balance automatically.
  • The balance cannot be transferred to another user, and it is only paid back in money in the cases described in the Refund Policy.
  • We may change prices in the future. This does not affect a balance you have already bought; it affects the price of services used after the change.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel any top-up within 14 days of paying, and we will refund the part of it you have not used to the original payment method. Balance already spent on services carried out at your request is not refunded. To cancel, contact us through the Contact us page. Details are in the Refund Policy.

6. AI output

Results are generated by AI models and may contain mistakes or inaccurate information. You are responsible for reviewing every result before relying on it, especially resumes, contracts and translations. Generated contracts are general templates, not legal advice. We do not guarantee any outcome (such as getting a job).

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your documents, resumes and texts. You allow us to process them only to provide the service you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

8. Brand and intellectual property

The «Enjaz» name and logo, the platform and its software belong to Enjaz Information Technology. Using the platform gives you no right to them, and they may not be copied or used without the owner's written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for anything unlawful, to upload content that infringes others' rights, to impersonate someone or create forged documents, to attack the platform or bypass usage limits and prices, or to overload it with excessive automated requests.

10. Availability and liability

  • We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem informally. If that fails, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the United Kingdom, these terms do not take away the mandatory protections your local law gives you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the latest update is shown at the top. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.
